These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by HawkSolutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("HawkSolutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI receptionist, website design, and marketing services, and our website at hawksolutions.tech. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HawkSolutions provides done for you marketing, website design, and related services for local businesses. The specific work, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are described when you sign up or in a separate agreement or quote. We may update or improve our services over time.
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and are month to month unless stated otherwise. One time projects, such as website builds, are billed per the quote you approve. Fees are due as described at signup. Plans can be canceled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications from HawkSolutions related to your service, such as new lead alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide accurate information, to have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business, and to use our services in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content and claims you ask us to publish on your behalf.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work products we deliver to you, such as a completed website, become yours once payment is complete. We retain ownership of our own tools, templates, and processes used to create the work.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawkSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end services if these Terms are violated or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
